Featuring the UK student market’s first three-storey ‘townhouse’ apartment layouts plus a mix of smaller pads too, Béton House at Park Hill is designed, furnished and decorated to a standard that many eyes can’t immediately comprehend. And you want facilities? Residents lounge, gym, cinema room and private dining? Yep. Oh, and super-fast broadband, green space, nearby amenities and incredible transport links come as standard too. Scenes.
With 200Mb wired speeds and super-fast WiFi throughout the building, our residents and their guests will enjoy limitless Internet – the award-winning service by ASK4 coming with first-class round-the-clock support. However, it’s not just the Internet you’ll be connected to. Béton House is just a short walk from both Sheffield Hallam University city centre campus and the train/tram transport interchange…meaning that the University of Sheffield and entire city is effectively on your doorstep.
Béton House is an unquestionably urban building – however, its overall setting is far from concrete jungle, despite overlooking the city centre and transport connections. Nature and planting defines and shapes our space; a large lawn provides a focal point at the heart of the building, with the site generally being framed by trees, shrubs and grassland. Unlikely, perhaps, but this place is seriously green.
Art and architecture is in our DNA so it goes without saying that our facilities, townhouses and apartments are all lovingly designed. For example, we’ve thought very carefully about student privacy – providing large bedrooms with distinct separation from others – and almost all have en-suite bathrooms. With colour richness and beautiful furniture throughout, these homes are slick to say the least.

No matter what the circumstances, ‘convenience’ is a big, big factor in living an easier life. We’ve got you covered, though, with ready access to Sheffield’s shops, bars, restaurants, music venues and sports facilities. On-site you’ll find our private gym as well as the impressive South Street Kitchen – Park Hill’s delicious cafe specialising in your morning coffee and Middle-Eastern inspired food. Plus there are proposals for a convenience store too. Easy? Done.
